Port Island is an artificial island that can be accessed by riding the Port Liner from Sannomiya station. There are many facilities and parks on the island, from university campuses to parks.

Kobe, to me, is an extremely convenient city. Not only in the terms of transport, but for travellers as well. It is perfectly fine to come to Kobe not knowing how to speak Japanese.
