Originally from Bristol in the UK, I came to Japan in 1991. After living in Osaka, Shiga, Yamanashi and Nagano, I settled in Ehime on the island of Shikoku, possibly Japan’s least known island. Despite the wonderful landscapes of Shikoku, its fine food and sake, and its fascinating traditional festivals, relatively few overseas visitors make it to Shikoku. Hoping to change this, I began offering packages through my Shikoku Tours website. I hope to give you a taste of what Shikoku and Western Japan has to offer.
